2-Day Strategic Planning ©

For companies who have no more than two days to devote to strategic planning, we offer a two-day workshop that consists of condensed versions of many of the above Team Thinking Activities^©. Using an old-fashioned kitchen timer, teams march through time-limited versions of the above activities and produce a strategy and execution plan in two days.
